LAND PURCHASE
New construction often involves the purchase of land or a plot on which a house is located that is to be replaced. Based on the client's wishes, a spatial exploration can be used to assess whether renovation or new construction is the better choice. With clearly considered advice, a clear choice can be made. We look at the construction possibilities of the location, the regulations, costs, and residual value, and to what extent the wishes can be realized at the specific location or with the existing construction.
CONVERSION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN CHANGES
It may be that the desired location does not allow for the desired home to be built. This may be due to the zoning of the location, building possibilities, or aesthetic requirements, among other things. In these cases, a change to the environmental plan is a possibility. We have extensive experience with the amendment procedures and work closely with municipalities to find a solution.
MODERN CLASSICS
When designing homes for very different clients in very different locations, we try to find the perfect balance between modern and classic. Never old-fashioned classic and never showroom modern, we find the most beautiful solutions in the playing field between these two opposites. People live their lives in our homes, enjoying their families and their surroundings. We design and build a home for the residents. Due to the different needs and contexts of the client, the result is never the same, but always well thought out and tailor-made, creating timeless icons, modern classics.
EXAMPLE
In the project below, we examined whether the client's wishes could be sufficiently realized on the plot during the land purchase process. Aspects such as the desired building volume, building regulations in the environmental plan, and sunlight exposure were assessed using a quick scan so that an informed decision could be made.

In the project below, we are working with a planner and landscape architect to transform 5 hectares of agricultural land into an estate and new nature area as compensation for the construction of a country house. In the current climate, where nitrogen pollution is a pressing issue, many municipalities are open to supporting initiatives of this kind.
