In Loosdrecht, we are once again building a beautiful villa on the waterfront. This time with a boathouse and outbuilding on a beautiful plot directly on the water. The villa has a clear layered structure with a light and sleek modern base on which a dark superstructure with a gable roof has been designed. Naturally, we are again making extensive use of large glass surfaces and spacious overhangs to block out the sun and enjoy the outdoors, even when the weather is not so good.

The climate near the water can sometimes be harsh. That is why highly weather-resistant materials that are easy to keep clean are used on the façade. The light-colored plinth is clad with ceramic panels, and the dark facade on the upper floor is clad with anthracite aluminum profile panels, with vertical sun blinds in the same size as the profile panels. The roof is fitted with flat ceramic tiles with an integrated PV system.

The view over the water is spectacular as a result. The double-height living room with a view over the water in particular is the eye-catcher of the home's interior.

In a beautiful setting, close to the sea, where the open landscape forms the backdrop, a contemporary villa has been built that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. In rural Oisterwijk, we are busy constructing this modern home using warm, natural materials. The combination of natural-colored brickwork and vertical wooden slats to control privacy and sunlight gives the villa a pleasant and warm atmosphere.

The house is more closed off on the street side than on the garden side, where the relationship between inside and outside is optimal. Large sliding doors provide a seamless transition between interior and exterior. Spacious terraces surrounded by greenery and canopies make outdoor living pleasant throughout the seasons.

The house is characterized by modern and clean lines. Horizontal, spacious roof edges reduce sunlight exposure, and vertical accents bring balance to the whole. A true "Modern Classic."

Design for a spacious modern villa in the dune forest area of Waalre. The house follows the elevation differences of the forest garden and opens up to the garden and terraces with large sliding glass doors. TROY HILL

Troy Hill is located on the southwestern side of the island, offering grand vistas over the island and Mount Scenery. At a site height of 400 to 500 meters above sea level, the microclimate of Troy Hill offers mild weather conditions with a temperature a few degrees lower than sea level.
At the foot of the hill is the village of The Bottom. On the other side of the mountain, Windwardside and Zions Hill are the villages that connect to the airport, a 15-minute drive away. Both The Bottom and Windwardside offer great restaurants and local shops.

Design for a contemporary modern villa on the waterfront in 'De Parels' in Leeuwarden. The design has a modern, warm appearance, with deep overhangs and generous windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding water and nature.

This modern home will be built in the 't Vaneker nature reserve in Enschede. The home is characterized by a highly modular structure and the use of natural materials, in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Large glass windows at both the front and rear provide optimal contact with the surrounding nature. Spacious overhangs and verandas increase the possibility of outdoor living and limit solar radiation.

The modular structure of the building means that many construction elements can be prefabricated. Elements can also be repeated in order to optimize the cost per element. This is a design methodology that fits in with the current market, where construction costs are under pressure.

In the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, we have transformed an outdated vacation home into an attractive forest villa. Through extensive renovations, we have given the home a completely new look and also adapted the layout to meet new requirements.

Part of the house has been rebuilt to create a double-height space for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This high space features a large dormer window with a copper roof. Beneath this dormer window, an extra-high facade has been created, allowing beautiful daylight to flood in and providing a stunning view. The copper of the dormer windows, which will take on a beautiful dark brown color over time, goes well with the new thatched roof. The combination of these roofing materials with the new color scheme of the brick facade, windows, and window frames creates a whole new look and feel.

This contemporary villa with a rural modern look is being built on a beautifully situated plot in Oisterwijk. The villa is characterized by a harmonious mix of roof shapes and style features in a timeless black and white color scheme.

Under the high central gable roof is the entrance with a staircase that spans the entire height. Here, all floors and the basement are connected by a spacious staircase. By using different levels in the layout of the house, rooms with normal heights are interspersed with high rooms. The playfulness of the exterior is thus reflected in the layout.
