The distinctive thatched roof emphasizes the robust, whitewashed brick volumes of the main structure.

RURAL MODERN LIVING

The exterior of the villa is characterized by a modern, maximally transparent substructure, on which an ensemble of interlocking roof shapes has been placed, seeking a more rural, classic look with modest window surfaces with subtle muntin divisions framed by burnt wooden facade sections. The architecture of this home thus seeks a subtle balance between these contrasts, resulting in a unique, timeless look that combines rural and modern elements.

The house is spread over four levels in an L-shaped layout. In accordance with the residents' wishes, the living areas on the ground floor are entirely focused on the garden, terraces, and swimming pool. Large glass openings ensure that the interior and exterior flow seamlessly into one another, creating a connection with the wellness area and the beautifully landscaped garden designed by the clients.
