QUEENS GARDEN HOTEL SABA
On the island of Saba, a Dutch municipality, we are redeveloping the formerly renowned Queens Garden hotel. The hotel, which was often visited by the royal family during their visits to the Dutch Caribbean, has not returned to its former glory after Hurricane Irma and the coronavirus pandemic. A new impetus is needed to restore this hidden gem to its former glory. We are working on a restructuring, new look, and expansion of rooms.

The location of Saba in relation to the other Windward Islands is shown below.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
We have developed a construction system for the new hotel villas. This system is inspired by the Haiku House built on the hill above. This construction system is also being used in the development of 29 villas on Troy Hill above.

HOTEL VILLAS
Four new hotel villas are being developed on the hill above Queens Garden, which can also be rented separately. This will add eight units to the hotel.

The hotel villas offer stunning views of the hillside below and the sea. Nestled in nature, they are the epitome of eco-tourism.
