In Amsterdam, we combined two apartments located above each other. The building is a municipal monument, and we identified the monumental parts that had to be preserved by means of a valuation.  In this way, we were able to carry out a major renovation with respect for the history of the building, bringing the installations up to new-build standards. We were committed to ensuring that the technical and structural aspects of the renovation ran smoothly. The client himself took care of the sophisticated choice of materials and interior components.
