In the XAVIER 020 residential tower on Amsterdam's Zuidas business district, we designed this shell apartment based on the client's requirements. We took care of the structural shell, the installations, the lighting plan, and the design of the fixed interior elements. The interior has an international feel with a 'hotel' vibe, achieved through the use of warm materials with a luxurious look and feel. Long sightlines create a spacious feeling, with each room connected to the others and logically positioned.
